Though, the budget session of 2017 was highly expected in the taxation reforms all across the nation, the finance minister have touched all the sectors including the taxation department mutually. While addressing the education department in the budget presentation Mr. Arun Jaitley, announced that there will be uniform entrance exam will be carried for the higher educations in India.

However, the process is about to be stopped following the announcement done by the FM of India in the recently presented budget 2017 in parliament house.

With respect to the announcement came from the speech done by the Mr. Jaitley on budget presentation it is pretty clear that the burden of the boards CBSE and AICTE on holding the responsible authority for various entrance exams in order to address the admission provision for the various bodies will be relieved.

  • By boosting the financial allocation to the national’s educational sectors to around 80K Crores, the FM of India made some strong reforms in the educational sectors.
  • NTS (National Testing Service) will be introduced with the responsibility of conducing various entrance exams for the higher institute’s admission in the country. Also it will lay path for the reforming the structure of UGC in the nation.
  • While addressing more about the educational sectors in union budget, Mr. Jaitley conveyed that government is about to introduce the online mode of teaching by launching various courses which can be teach via online.
  • In addition, the Finance minister has allotted some special funds to the secondary education sectors of the nation in order to make success for the upcoming “annual learning outcome system” which will improve the students learning in their secondary educations.
  • The FM also pointed that with the implementation of single authority for conducting entrance exams for professional courses in the field of Medicine, Business and also in the Engineering sectors will be more transparent. And students will be more professionalism with the outcome.
  • As per the records, in India about millions of students are appearing for the entrance exams which are mainly focused for certain professional fields like medicine and engineering.
  • With reference to the speech of the Mr. Jaitley during the budget session, about 32 various educational channels are to be combined under the uniform platform. By doing so, it will be much easier for the students to prepare for their entrance tests.
  • Finally, Mr. Jaitley urged the necessity of approving higher number of autonyms status to the educational institutes in order to handle the growth of the students in the educational field.
